Quotations
Dollar prices do not apply to the Netherlands and are not indicative of European prices. Purchase prices for the Dutch market are indicated in euros and always stated in our offer to you.

Invoice
All quoted prices are excluding VAT. Delivered goods remain the property of Aproco until the invoice has been paid in full.

Payment
First or once-only orders must be paid in advance. Regular customers may of course purchase on account. Payment must be effected within 14 days of the invoice date. Deviations shall only be possible subject to prior written permission from Aproco.

  • Bank transfer / Internet banking:
    You can transfer the total amount to Rabobank account number NL16 RABO 0172936799 in the name of Aproco in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Please always state the order and reference number as well as the invoice number.
  • On account:
    Regular customers may purchase on account. In which case we require a recent copy of your Chamber of Commerce registration and your VAT number, both of which can be sent to us by regular post or by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. Reminder
If you have rightfully received a reminder, we urgently request that you immediately pay the outstanding invoice. In which case there is no need for you to contact us.

Consignment

  • All articles included in your purchase will be sent as a single package if possible. It can happen that one or more articles will take longer to deliver, in which case we shall do everything we can to deliver as soon as possible.
  • All deliveries are subject to our General Conditions.

Customized products
Specials and customized products cannot be returned.

Transport costs

  • Domestic consignments: The offer specifies whether or not delivery in the Netherlands is carriage paid.
  • International consignments: Payments for consignments to or orders from outside the Netherlands must always be made in advance, unless agreed otherwise in advance in writing. Outside the EU, possible import or customs duties will be charged upon arrival of the order in the country in question. As a customer, you will be obliged to pay these costs, which can differ from country to country. If you want to know the extent to which you are obliged to pay these (import) duties, then please contact the customs authorities of the country in question.

Small deliveries
We are obliged to charge a ‘small order’ supplement for small deliveries.

Warrantee
All products are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warrantee. This means that you are entitled to the customary warrantee provisions as stipulated by the manufacturer in question, with a maximum of 12 months (unless stated otherwise by Aproco in writing). Each article is subject to specific warrantee provisions. Dimensions and colors may deviate from the illustration or PFD. Return
If an article has reached you in a defective state, or if a production fault becomes apparent in a product within seven days, then please contact our customer service department.

Standard articles purchased from us can be returned subject to the following conditions:

  1. All articles must be undamaged and in their original state.
  2. Customers are entitled to return the unused product within 7 working days, in which the consignment costs are at the expense of the customer.
  3. The reason(s) for returning the product must be stated on the back of the invoice/delivery note. This will enable us to immediately deal with your complaint.
  4. The product must be returned complete and accompanied by the original packaging, invoice/delivery note and RMA number (RMA=Return Merchandise Authorization).
  5. The RMA number must be clearly stated on the outside of the transport packaging (not on the product or product packaging in view of possible damage). You can always request the RMA number by e-mail.
  6. If you request an RMA number, we shall require the following details from you:
    - Company name and address
    - Name contact person
    - Telephone number
    - Your e-mail address
    - Your bank details if it involves a return consignment that has to be credited (account number, name and location of your bank)
    - The reason why you wish to return the product
    - The Aproco order/reference number and the invoice number

7. If you state all of the above details in your e-mail, we shall send you the RMA number as soon as possible, together with the delivery address to which you can send the package.

Please note:
In order to claim a warrantee or credit you must use the correct delivery address. Always use the delivery address specified by Aproco in the e-mail.
